Diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2003, I have struggled with the disease for 6 years now.  I just had j-pouch surgery on June 23, 2009 and am waiting for the reversal.  I hope that by sharing my experiences it will help others suffering from the disease, who may not always feel comfortable talking about it.

Drugs I’ve taken in treating my UC:  Asacol, Levbid, Colazol, Robinul, Mesalamine sepositories and enemas, Prednisone, Remicade, and Abatacept .
